Explore the Culture

Meeting the locals and experiencing their culture will be a highlight of your trip. Plus, it is not like you can stay on the white sand beaches with endless ocean views every single day (actually, you can if you wish.) Here are some ideas for making the most of your vacation.

Capture the beauty on the water

Take to the water

See Punta Cana from the ocean with a boat trip that can include swimming, snorkeling, and other water activities. Your captain and crew will surely share stories of life at sea, and fresh seafood for lunch is guaranteed. You will have tropical fish swimming all around you in the azure waters, so don’t forget your underwater camera gear.

Try Extreme Sports

Punta Cana is a bit of a magnet for adrenalin junkies because there are many extreme sports activities to thrill even the bravest daredevil. Zipline through the rain forest, try dune buggies, diving, parasailing, or hit the Bavaro Adventure Park for some fun rides.

Spend a day relaxing by the pool in Punta Cana

Tropical vibes are all around in Punta Cana, with luxury resorts catering to your every wish.

I recently had the chance to visit with a stay at the Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa. This resort was a great home base as I explored the local area. The resort felt very safe, and I was comfortable roaming the grounds by myself throughout my stay. The staff was very accommodating, making sure all my wants and needs were taken care of. The food options were plentiful, and it was fun to try some different foods and cocktails.

The scenery in Punta Cana is breathtaking. The crystal clear water is so inviting, and the white sand beach is perfect for sunbathing. I didn’t want to leave my lounger!

Whether you choose to join in on an adventurous excursion or get pampered at the resort spa, I have no doubt you will enjoy your time spent in this tropical paradise! Let’s chat about planning your escape to Punta Cana!

As always,

Live. Laugh. Travel.
